Returns

Yes — scent is personal, and we get that.

If your item arrives and it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, just email hello@cedarhomefragrance.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are not covered.
- We recommend using a tracked service — we can’t be responsible for items that go missing in transit.
- Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

We’re a small business and everything’s made in small batches, so we really appreciate your understanding.
